Yeah super fun, given we thew people out with around 100/200 hours of playtime, but not with close to 10.
And yes, there is no ‘law’, ‘rule’, or any other shit to stop 0 hour account from becoming an admining, but we have been doing this shit for a lot of time. And now I am going to vote +2 because you lead NSV. Same with Ta, who is a headmin, and Franc, who is a coder. We will let you be the person who gets to remove people from the community, when you never been there. This sucks mate. I do believe that an admin has to understand the community at some level.

There is mostly nothing I can tell you without being kicked out of admin staff. So yeah, believe 8 hour people, not 2000 hour one. But you know, it kinda is your problem too. Figure it out yourself.

Why does xDyou get that many -2s then? Why did we reject Moccha (who has experience aswell)?
I have nothing against Sergei. He may be (and probably is) a great admin but accepting people like that (and then promoting then in a week) just feels like spitting on other players.

Think of trialmin as the training before you start a job, after your interview. You can be dropped at any time in that time, but you had potential to do good. If your admeme application gets rejected, it’s because they didn’t think you had that chance

Rules are rules, interpretations of the rules differ.
Not everyone accepted (even with high amount of hours) is that experienced and it should be natural to trialmins to double check before banning someone.
I just want to highlight here that I don’t have anything against you, Franc or Ta. You are all great people and last 2 are great admins now, but I don’t agree that we should bend our rules and standards that much.

Let me bring one more thing.
This person was an admin on TG, had like 9 hours when they made an app and were told by a Headmin Ruko to: FloranOtten admin application
To basically come back with more hours.
Have Franc, Ta and Sergei been told the same thing? Well no because Ruko is on a leave, and staff that knows each other is appointing themselves because yes. I understand that Crossed knows their skills, but we literally rejected someone for not playing on Bee too much.
If that doesn’t get to you, then have fun.
Well this is a person closely related to our sister server, host trusts them, i dont see why not make a choice that would benefit the bee station
