We need to stop arguing about whether or not she deserved the ban. She deserved a ban, she got it.
The point here is that she is unremorseful for the ban, and she did it because she thought she could get away with killing, as she has so many times before.
That’s what killing people the first second they’re even remotely valid does
I agree, but I hope I can keep it in line. This is a big deal, because it has gone on for so long and how many, many people are mad about it. Bringing it to light will hopefully stop similar situations from occuring in the future.

I agree. But her actions do NOT exist in a vacuum. She does shit like this all the time if she thinks she can get away with it.

To reiterate - in the case of complaints against an individual, it’s probably more effective to contact the Host or Head Admin directly - especially if it’s a complaint against a member of staff. This is because decisions regarding a situation like this will occur in staff chats anyway, not a result of threads. All one needs to do is voice an issue in this case, because it’s very easy to have a member of the upper staff kick questions and dialogue around. If anything, bitching and moaning in a thread will prevent them from effectively dealing with a situation.
However, in the case of rules that one finds objectionable, it’s best to post a thread to generate a dialogue that draws staff attention to the issue - since staff are generally unwilling to discuss rule changes, unless a significant public outcry occurs.
The situation ITT is that a person (or people) are mad about someone else. They should contact that person, and the people responsible for the actions of that person, directly - and politely.
The point I’m trying to make is: her ban should have been more than 1 day.
She obviously deserved a ban, but not for a day. A week, or a month, like the rest of us would have gotten. She is reaching into the far corners of her ass to find an excuse why it wasn’t longer.

If someone does make a thread like this - and you’re on the receiving end of the complaint, it serves zero purpose to engage in a heated debate. It only fans the flames, and further stirs the pot. Instead, maybe advise that they PM you on the forum - so that they can list out their specific complaints, or head to the Discord and chat with you and a member of the upper staff about it. Engaging people negatively just means that people on each side just get more pissed at each other, which hampers proper resolution of the situation.
