Captain Hal Wise here.
I linked the recovering shuttle with the station with the hand teleports and get the AI on board to not be the lonely AI of the empty station and get an autolathe on board.
We travel to the massive derelict ship but for some reason park unnecessarily far away from it.
I got a plasma canister in and fuel the ship. (I wasn’t expecting it could move).
I try to link this ship to the station trow it teleport station. But unfortunately I found the crazy survivor of the ship. I did not knew he was the crazy survivor, I just assume he is an idiot. I did not thing of him much because I was getting surprises when the massive ship actually move.
He ask me a riddle and I ask how he was.
He said WRONG ANSWER and place a C4 on me. I don’t react fast enough because the fucking message of someone placing a bomb in you is not very noticeable. I teleport back to the shuttle left everything so it would not explode as well, a lot of people see me and I teleport to the station.
My brain was recover but because it got damage monkey brain CMO belief it was unclonabole and not even try and assume I was killed by the gods because why else would I exploded.
2 doctors look for me but instead got trap with the crazy survivor. They ask for using the teleport station of the ship but the space asshole keep acting crazy and DISABLE THE TELEPORT STATION.
This goes on for 20 minutes and the ship was boarded by syndicates.
The insane man is repeatedly asked for help and he did FUCK ALL.
The fight finale get to the insane man and the HOS, and he got robusted by an infiltrated syndicated that attack bulshitly fast.
The 2 doctors try to escape with 2 survivors BUT THE INSANE MAN DISABLE THE FUCKING TELEPORT SO THEY ALL DIE.
The CE was the last NT survivor of the derelict ship and escape but got lost in spaces.

I give one of the officers of your shuttle a hand teleport linked to your shuttle and the station.
Also, I refueled the massive ghost ship with one canister of your shuttle. Somebody moves the ghost ship, but I don’t know where, and it probably runned out of fuel.
Also, there was too much crew in your ship and barely anybody in the combat shuttle thanks to the great coordination.

Luckily we DID manage to solve and connect all the clues leaving for a ‘‘good’’ ending

When we made our way to the interdiction site, we couldn’t tell which ship was which in the docking interface. We started blasting what we thought to be the Ardent with our turrets as well as stealing all your kitchen supplies epic loot with a bluespace launchpad. We took a few hostages before you flew away, but we had to run when a seccie stared dismantling our engines.

Soon we ran out of fuel and almost ran out of power, luckily we found and highjacked the shuttle of our reinforcements who managed to capture the NSS Admiral Ahmed. We then interdicted the Admiral Ahmed to help out with a medical emergency.

Syndicate major.

In a third bit of sabotage, he made you buy Skyrim again.

I never left my ship, I think I heard Burnard say something about you not responding but it’s all just a burning memory now.

i was participating originally but then things on the combat shuttle got crazy and apparently people were getting shot before the shuttle even left and half a riot happened so i just gtfoed from there nice work on the ships tho cae

I was expecting some feedback from @Caecilius since they have unique perspective as directors of the event
What worked? What didn’t work? Would you consider redoing the event with tweaks that were suggested in this thread?

This, the plot did progress but not in the way that was intended:

Almost all the russian crew were instantly gibbed when the Acasta(?) Rammed into the russian ship because haha no overlap detection.

The missiles did not work AT ALL, for the love of god just port NSV torps.

Syndie shuttles kept running out of power and fuel because they were never intended for prolonged travel.

I joined in at the end as a inspector, went to the bridge and then people just started randomly shooting without even properly stating the clues listed in the plot.

That said, I do like the Ahmed’s design, might be nice idea to bring to NSV for PVP mode where syndie crew could board it as a whiterapids missile destroyer.

They were cosmetic only. We can’t port NSV torps.

Damn that sucks, guess we will never have ship to station combat.

Use briefcase launchpads with maxcaps like a maaan
