Each shipment of meteor defense satellites includes a borg upgrade. It can go into any model of borg. It allows them to hold and deploy 1 (one) Meteor Satellite.
Like how the medical borg can hold beakers with a tool

Any borg can activate the satellites, you just need the control computer built, activating them on the computer does the same thing using them in hand does.
And that’s why the console is useless. Someone was saying some days ago that they didn’t work without it.

The sats don’t work either way.
I think papers are just horrible difficult to code. I can’t think of one person able to do this currently
True, the console is used to remotely turn them on or off. But who does that because you turn them on when you deploy them anyway.

The Bluespace Launch pad should pull in people WITH the wheelchair and launch them properly with the wheelchair WITHOUT unbuckling them.
Why is it not like this in the first place?
It can’t pull or launch inorganic matter (not attached to a person) because that allowed you to empty the entire armoury remotely without ever going in yourself. It extends to wheelchairs and structures because if it included structures, you could teleport armoury lockers away.

You should be able to use the Crew Monitor in the medical mech so that paramedics can utilise it out and about
