Though the true chads realize that the Curator starts with enough money for gloves AND starts right next to the vendor.
Janitor is a great job, just put on some music while you clean shit and relax. Only real problem is ass hats swiping your cart because they cant read or toggle walk for a few seconds.

I always laugh when I see beepsky pushing the janny cart, even though I understand how much of a pain it is.

This is funny. I was literally just thinking about this, maint access for assistants, as being a sort of canary in the coal mine for Bee finally tipping over into HRP. The only other server I know of that has maint access removed for assistants is Aurora, a HRP server.
Lo and behold, here it is. I hate being right.

Aurora has the issue if department specific assistants…thus making general assistant access unnecessary. Aurora doesnt exactly have much good stuff in the maints anyway…its static. I know…i checked. Every single maint tunnel.

I think that this will just make other roles with maints access like janitors more wordless zombies, and prevent that one godlike assistant from creating a cool spark in a round
if he’s that good the one in ten can just convince the HOP to give them a custom gimick job that includes maint acces
Oh, that’s right. I haven’t played aurora in years but for a long time they just had regular assistants, with no maints. That is a cool improvement. Are they just replacements for interns/nurses/cadets etc?
No. They are those positios.
Simple, Play gimmick, Abandon all your gimmick stuff, and be like a normal asisstant, because lets be honest, do any of you care about people being gimmicks?

Just play cargo tech because the SOPs are so lazily written that the entirety of cargotech SOP is stuff not to do, until they change it.
