You can clone ipcs in experimental cloner and if no ghost accepts the prompt you can implant posi brain from dead ipc to new catatonic one (keep in mind ipc posi brains are in chest).
However I don’t think it was intended and last time I tried cloning ipc was 3 months ago so it might be fixed by now.

If I have borgs have them set up air filters in halls and rooms , set the air filter controls to the setting I can’t remember the name of that cleans out the bad shit fast
Set the scrubbers to plasma, they take out anything that you set them to and will be ejected out into space via the waste line.
