New Maints loot: Ring of Wishes. When found, it has 1d4 rubies on it.
It goes in the hand slot and can be rubbed (an action button with a 5 second progress bar)
When the rub is complete, you get admin power for 1 action. This causes one of the rubies to flash into ash.
