**What changes, if any, would you bring?: Currently i think i wouldnt bring any changes but help with existing projects or sugegsted changes.

**Why do you want to be a moderator?: i want to help out the amdin team as two admins spetted down for the time being and assiting players with issue i cant as a mentor, also to deter and/or catch grief man and get them out of bee.
**How long have you been playing SS13?: in about 3 month it will be 6 years
**How long have you been playing BeeStation?: for about the same time my first and most played server by a logn shot is bee.
**On a scale of 1-10, how skilled are you in SS13?: i woudl say 5 or 6? skill is somethign i have a hard tiem definign formyself

**Your strengths: being mostly more laid back but i can also be serious when it is called for. i am also pretty reliable and friendly
**Your weaknesses: some topics thats i have a personnal bad relationship can get on my nervs as recently it was shown. i will try and learn from my mistakes but thats easier said then done and i hope i am able to do it
**Is there anything that gets you really mad, real fast: same as above and one example can be seen in the Note i got recently a few days ago on monday.
**What do you think is the most important trait for a staff member to have?: Being reasonable and also certain of your actions but also open to being proven wrong. Also seperating being a staff member from your personnal being or midnset so peopel knwo when you speak for yoruself and when you say soemthing as a staff member.
Also trying to not have a bias on things but if thats unavoidable not making jugdements on thinks involving it to not be unfair.
**What makes a staff team good?: being open for critism, being able to see own fault but also assist others
**What is a staff team’s purpose? On bee it is to protect the server from griefers or scammers, punish disorderly or hostile ebahviour. But also provide assitence to players and improve rounds through their powers.
**What kind of player are you?: i am more of a laid back player who doesnt seek to be the attention of the round or a big part in it just a cog in it. as a antagonist i tend to be rather silly and just be known but not too destructive or detrimental to other people ( while still antagging)
**How do you think you will change once you become a staff member?:I dont think i will change much to be honest.
**The clown slips the HoS and steals his gun, spacing it right after. What do you do?: i would first check if the clown is a antag because the spacing of the hos gun and if they had any cignificant , a unique item is not really good. second i woudl ask the clown why he spaced the gun. i will make my jugdement based on these factors but in this exmaple the clown is a non antag and he has no previous notes about such incidents. so i will probalyl tell him in the ticket why thats was bad and leave a low severity note and then respawn the hos gun into the Hos office via a droppod.
**A non-antagonist is sabotaging the Atmospherics loop and pumping plasma into the distro, along with dragging around a canister and releasing it into the atmosphere. Assuming that an admin is cleaning up the after-effects, how do you conduct the ahelp with him?: I would ask them why they did this and while i question them check thei time on bee, creation date of the account and if they have any notes bans. This will end regardless atleast in a longer ban and a even longer ban from all engineering job. and if all the signs point to them beign a griefer i woudl issue a permaban.
**A chemist who is working alone accidentally mixes an explosive mixture inside of his chem dispenser, instantly killing himself and destroying the machine, along with exposing Chemistry to space. Nobody else was injured aside from him as a result of his actions. What do you do?: i would maybe check if he has notes relating to multiple such incidents maybe give him some tips or if he is unsure he can always ask the mentors or other palyers ( OOC (ghost chat in this case) or IC his collegues or cmo for help.
