While You’re a good mentor, You still need to work on Your self control. A good start would be trying to distance yourself from issues so they wouldn’t feel personal (thus less infuriating).

How and where would someone aquire bananium?
How do I dissasemble an AI core?
How do you get started with Circuits and what are their main uses?
banaium can be found in rare maint rooms, on lavaland ( inside the clown ruin if i am correct) or in randomly generated non station explo sites.
i think you need to screwdriver it first the AI core ( also no AI needs to be in it and i am assuming fulyl build)
then you use a crowbar to remove the reinforced glass, then use wirecutters to remove the wiring,then screwsriver to unscrew the AI core bvoard, crowbar to get it out, wrench to unsecure the Core assembly and then you weld it to deconstruct)
i havent really played around with circuits yet. but you can make some fuynn thigns with it like casino bots, doors . etc

It is most likely from a a zombie tumour and they should maybe check the head via surgery to find whats wrong with their brain via surgery.
i would first tell them where to find their “skilltree” and tell them roughly the strnatghs of each path, so they cna decide. akak flesh is good for minions, ash has mobility, rust has healign and wlal erasure and void uhh helps for space.
then i would tell them thats thats the path also affect their grasps and blade they can make ( also tlel them what the grasp is used for and the blade too movign into ruen drawing and influences.)
i would epxlain to them thats by clickign on already researched stuff in their skill tree they can.
Then i woudl tell them how to harvest influences and what thats does. Then i wodul tell them abotu their living heart and what the 4 peoepl apperaring arodun them mean. ( most likely this would be done as a mentor rat to asisst thewm through the round if possible as its eaiser and coudl maybe also be rped as a familiar of one of the eldritchd gods they derive power from)
i am not so well versed in SMs but if it is the stanbdart. turn of the emitters and Rcd a floor tile away in the SM chamber to flood the gasses out of the chamber and loop. then replace the floor and hook soem cooled N20 into the loop ( there should be one or teo ports for cansiters near the loop and isnert it into them. the SM should now hopefulyl stableize and stop delaming and recovering.
if it is a non standart SM setup i cant really help much except get the hot gasses out of the system! and turn of the emitters ( this will at the very least lessen the boom)

Well why i stepped down , and i migth also have been demoted if i didnt go volenteleer last time.
The last months or rather year was agonizign and mentally taxing for me, and shortly before the wlel outburst thats lead to my stepping down and subsequent pause form the game was a irl event thats hurt me.
Now 2-3 months later i settled in again, got good things happenign to me IRL and i feel genrally mentally better. i also had some tiem away from the game and i am trying to nto repeat my errors and get rid of the negatives i display from tiem to time. This wont be easy to accomplish but i will try my best. as @Szczebrzeszyn already said above.
I am also understanding if it is deciced i am not fit for beign staff again for the time beign baotu well my behaviour a few months ago, and i am fuyll undersdtanding if they decide to agree on thats.
But i still have the desire to assist people in wasy i cannot as a normal palyer.
You were by far one of the more helpful and active mentors. Asking you game questions seems quite silly to me when you’ve been accepted three times already and proved yourself there.
I have faith in you, but I cant help but shake that I’ve seen you go through these cycles of burning out, crashing, quitting, then coming back after not being around for a while.
Do you have any strategies to avoid that this time? Or are you entirely betting on just feeling better? You shouldn’t be pushing yourself to volunteer if its only going to lead to you getting jaded again.
Well i try to distanc emyself from the game more, and also not play as much.
Also i am occupied a bit more in IRl now due to my Training in IT which makes me happy as it is fun and exciting for me.
I also i want to help out because i like the communtiy here.
If you can promise to me that you’ll talk to admins instead of going to LOOC, dchat, or discord when you’re annoyed about something in game or another player then I have no problems giving you my +1.

Hello! It has been a while since this app was open and we have reached consensus. I have polled the other seniormins since you’re a special case given it’s your fourth time applying for mentor. The accepting of your app hinges not on knowledge (you are probably one of the most experienced mentors) but on previous behavior, given you’ve been prone to have outbursts. Despite this, you say you have improved, and since you’ve contributed to this community so much and are generally acting in good faith, we are comfortable accepting this app.
