Yeah. I once actually as engi got asked by the cook to âexpand the kitchenâ. Turns out, they did not have construction in mind.
Can you use xenobio blueprints too?

I dare add that the way it decides whether it can edit an area or not is pretty inconsistent and can let you expand kitchen beyond what I had considered normal
