Just watching round where SM explodes and an immovable rod penetrates the whole station. Call goes out to the HOP to try and assign more engineers but really what incentive is there for people to switch jobs 40 minutes into a round?
Now if command had a budget of like say 200 bee coins during a shift to spend they could offer that as a hiring incentive for people to switch to engineer or maybe security and you would have a line up at HOP line all the way down to medbay.
But make it an emergency budget thing which has to be justified in writing to centcom so that command isnt just handing out free beecoins every round.
