I think the ban should stay for a bit bombing a crowd of people, however you also murdered someone else who was not involved it seems with normal shotties, and seemed to be metagrudging (or at least using metaknowledge) Didn’t mine at all, or anything. is also irrelevant due to the fact that the guy was straight outside of golem ship, guy was literally the first thing i saw when walking out of ship, and by RP logic, seeing a golem body nearby him shows he is evil and thus i should attack him, regardless of any knowledge i had from that life.
what does that have to do with anything? if you kill someone, is your first thought not to loot them and see what they had? they were hostile, typically in beestation if you kill someone hostile, you immediately start looting them, regardless of who they were, almost anyone will back me up on this, its basically beestation culture
on my screen it said Phil Smith initially, i even saw his chat bubble appear when Phil Smith talked, and the runescape text appearing over him saying the exact same thing, however, there was many people there, meaning there was a good possibility i quickly got Phil and another miner confused
those were genuine accidents, i was clicking around inspecting waiting for shuttle to dock and kept clicking in to focus back, and had my weapon selected, so i kept firing, thankfully though nobody was hurt in those, so…

That’s somewhat difficult to believe for someone that is a skilled roboticist (with a note involving the use of combat mechs already).
I’m willing to give the benefit of the doubt still, and think the ban should absolutely be reduced from permanent due to the lack of recent notes overall, but definitely need to be more careful (or just not use mechs) if you genuinely can’t control the mech properly.
Consider Roboticist ban for this being the second recent issue with mechs, but with the total lack of other recent notes (and really low note count considering hours played), I don’t think the fullban should exceed a week, and is worth considering being completely lifted. There is a chance this really was a long series of unfortunate events, and the player in question has a record that at least partially backs that up.

Skilled In Combat/With Combat mechs? No
I Typically just use ripleys, firefighters, and odysseys, so typically I don’t have to worry about my equipment being able to kill people, so it’s not really habit to switch off of equipment completely when i’m doing most things. honestly, most of the time I try to avoid even making combat mechs (unless, say, robotics gets bombed, which is what happened in the round that got me my combat mech note).
But honestly, i’d say a ghost role ban for a week would be more fitting than a robotcist ban, since I was free golem for the entire round, not roboticist
