Incident Description: I arrive to station as latejoin secoff and see a zombie locked out on echo surface with front doors being bolted. As i gear up i see belongings and traitor gear of unknown engineer A.K.A. Zombie (I barely remember anyones names) left on the floor unsecured. I try to secure zombie (who complies) and dezombify them. Later i found out that they were borged, deborged and zombified by CMO and AI prior to my arrival. I am asking admin team to look into that round and check reasoning of efficiency lawed AI how turning criminal into a zombie and leaving them unsecured on surface is efficient and check how CMO allowed this to happen.
Additional Information: Captain was present, but i assume he was latejoin and didnt know what happen. Plus CMO shot Lars Romp with chloral hydrate syringer unprovoked on escape shuttle.
