I really love most of this. So many touches.

Only ask is to move turbine close to atmo. You may find if you put the gas farmers in one line and the gas mixers at the bottom, you might get a little less spaghetti pipes. If you move the AI sat more East you can make a little more room in the atmo area. Then you way you could put can storage just above CE’s fucking amazing office. Then the Turbine can go where the can storage was.

I would like to have few rounds with this map testmerged too see how players will actually behave before major changes are made and it is shaped into another clone of meta/box

are launchers just like mass drivers to launch you across departments with minimal (all) oxy/burn/whatever damage

This was the idea, but the main use would be for transportation of items. But, if you have a suit you could use it.
Having maint be in-between depts like in the original pic would just have whatever you launch splat against the wall, I added maint, sec, and engi at the last second when I realized that there was none.

I would like to see the launchers added for people who don’t want to use the tubes, and as a fast way to ship shit to other parts of the station (outside of cargo delivery).

Actually… this might inspire people to actually ship shit via disposals? Who knows.

It’s April Fools, so even if maintainers don’t believe in project we could test merge it for few rounds today or during this weekend because of the occasion.
Let’s see how it plays out before major changes, just as its creator intended

Also I was thinking about it and I think if Tube Station or map like this was to be merged each department/island should probably link with tube to at least 2 different places in case one tube gets damaged. Also airlocks to space should be in hallway not maintenance and I guess it wouldn’t harm if there was a hardsuit by each of them (maybe have a hardsuit storage locker behind a directional glass to break in emergencies. That should make it playable enough during emergencies and in case of some kind of damage to station integrity
