Ban Reason: R1, you must roleplay. Was speaking out of character for the entire shift, and assaulted their direct superior for no real IC reasons. Your history combined with the severity of this incident just tells me that you just aren’t here to roleplay, and that you’ll continue to be a nuisance if I don’t take drastic measures. Appeal this ban in a year if you want to try roleplay in SS13.

Appeal Reason: First of all, (I know a lot of people say it, but I feel the need to mention it) its been literal years, I can’t give you any sort of defence or argument against what the admin did or why what I did was right, so I’m not going to. I accept my behaviour probably was crass, and quite annoying for everyone around me, I was admittedly a much more annoying, stupid and terrible person a few years ago, and I’m sorry for that.

However, for every bad round I had, there was probably another, good round, and those are the fond memories I have of this place, a more classic vanilla ss13, which i’d love to try and return to, to at least try to relive my first experiences of ss13 /TG/ code, which I did enjoy, not because I was terribly robust (I wasn’t and still probably am not), not because I could blow shit up for the sake of it, or mess around like, I probably did. But because of the stories that this server makes.

I vividly remember my first round here, spawning in as an assistant into a dilapidated end of round station with a zombie problem, quickly finding the other few lone survivors and quickly meeting them, and having them teach me the mechanics as they messily tried to fend off the zombies and survive, while I probably played around with the HOS’s gun, trying to figure out how it works. Its, probably not the most interesting story, but Its an example of the fun this server can be (and older TG code in general).

That being said, I hope you’ll at least consider having me back, its nice to see this server still has a pretty healthy playerbase and I’d love to join it again.

Additional Information: I think my Ckey was capitalised back then, but the ban list on the forum says it isn’t capitalised, is that normal? im not sure.

Not a admin, but for perma bans you do need a vouch from another server you’ve played on for a little bit. Once a admin replies they’ll ask if you have one. Played on any other servers in the meantime?

Certain functions remove the spaces and capitalization from your username, when converted it is called a ckey - as long as you’re close enough we can identify who you are it doesn’t matter if you capitalize it or not in ban appeals, but that’s why it is lower case on the bans page (and also in most functions behind the scenes)

Mirroring what tomato said: You will need a vouch from another server to appeal this ban. Where else have you been playing SS13 in the time that has passed?

I’ve played on wod13, if that’s viable I could try get a vouch from there, also who needs to be the vouchee?

Sorry to ask again, but who do i need in another server to vouch for me? does it have to be staff or just another player?

Just ping the admins on a reputable server you’ve been playing on and ask for a vouch. wod13 would be an alright candidate i have been informed that wod13 is not a good server to get a vouch from, my mistake
