I’d just like an extra pair of eyes on this. This isn’t the main issue I have for this report but as an aside I think rule 7-11 (English Language server) means admins should at the very least be able to write clear, concise, and to the point ticket responses. I feel that this is not what I saw when dealing with Szczebrzeszyn . Someone with such a tenuous grasp of the English language should not be administrating an English-speaking server.

This should extend to communicative ability. see the reference to 7-11 above.
He seems like a fine admin, but trying to interface with him requires a level of assumption of what he means that I’m uncomfortable with. Especially when the outcome could be me getting banned, noted, or whatever if miscommunication does happen.
This is the main issue:
Admins are to cite broken rules within the ticket, and any resulting bans or notes.
Szczebrzeszyn was very vague in the initial bwoink, then proceeded to leap between:
- trying to say I was breaking RP rules in trying to make someone lose.
- saying that my assumption that the person the bwoink was about had raised the ticket was problematic somehow.
- asserting that I was breaking escalation rules.
All of these claims were refuted or at least addressed and explained, and like a majestic jungle gorilla from the award-winning movie Tarzan, Szczebrzeszyn swung from claim to claim without accepting my points clearly refuting his previous ones, maintaining a false sense of moral superiority and gish-galloping all the way to the end of the conversation, when he realized this wasn’t going anywhere and closed the ticket with a final, stern word.
Incident Description:
When the ticket initially opened, I thought it was a simple misunderstanding and was maybe more informal than perhaps I should have been, since I am used to beestation staff being mostly friendly, or at least direct and understanding.

Szczebrzeszyn: assisting sec to protect your laws is a huge stretch, being lawless does not mean you can go ham on people, you got escalation to follow.
Colonelorion: Look up instrumental convergence and actually do the reading on how an AI would act. I can link you material on Discord on this subject, man, but you’re really not making logical sense on this one.

being a free AI I can do whatever I want as long as I maintain RP and don’t act like an asshole. I have maintained RP and Ambiic being salty doesn’t mean I am not being excellent to each other.

really you should be telling Ambiic to not cry just because he got captured as antag. The guy is a massive whiner and you know it.
Szczebrzeszyn: fact that you brought up the last valid argument last is concerning. I don’t care whatever shmergence you bring up, except for the last argument it seemed you were out there to make Zoey loose.

I dunno what more you want from me. I’ve explained my IC reasoning for fighting the woman that tried to blow me up. I also pointed out that Ambiic’s ticket was made in bad faith OOC.
Szczebrzeszyn: it’s implying that the ticket was even made
see, that’s what I mean why it was concerning.
Colonelorion: well if no ticket was made that really makes me wonder what prompted you to message me.

Colonelorion: I don’t understand that sentence.
Szczebrzeszyn: it means you can’t explain breaking the escalation with “RP” as you suggested in the first place.
Colonelorion: Oh so now you’re saying I broke escalation? I don’t follow. Zoey engaged in Escalation step 3 with the bomb, and later had already escalated to step two in that fight alone as the aggressor. I had no nonlethal options for bringing down the woman who, again, TRIED TO BOMB ME, and so escalated to level three, armed combat.
Colonelorion: This is genuinely feeling like you’re now just trying to come up with a post-hoc reason for messaging me and I would like to end this discussion.
Szczebrzeszyn: they were pretty much allowed to bomb you after you snitched on them. Anyways, this is getting nowhere now.
