Suggestion: Synthflesh usage increases chance of internal medical issues

Gameplay wise, it would increase the number of interesting cases med gets beyond “Me hurt, you fix.”

Lore wise: Synthflesh replaces damaged skin, if it gets inside you it may corrupt and spread in unforeseen ways. Causing internal issues, from appendicitis to possible brain injury.

I think it could add to the game, what do you think?

I’m hungry for anything to make medbay more fun to play

although is is relatively small compared to the more comprehensive reworks that have been offered

Would make a lot of sense, since youd imagine getting some synthflesh into your bloodstream would almost mean skin cancer.

Though the much more needed addition is broken bones, i think. Not only is fixing a bone a little process, its also a big buff to lethals, which would make them more viable. (Breaking a leg of a runaway criminal by shooting it with a slug, for example).
