I saw a ce write down the wire colors to pin to one of those in the engie lobby a long time ago.
just get different colored wires, deconstruct your office, and make your floor the pin board.

I use it semi regularly, the problem is that people often dont notice if something is on it.
Dets using a holo-stop sign is fine since it stops people from tampering with a crime scene.

Give det a sniffer dog and steal code from canine offication so it barks in the direction of the scent of the last person that touched any item used on it.

Felt this on my soul, sometimes I pop up some image editing software just to organize some photos I get in-game and wrap my head around it more easily.
Anyway, I think all detective offices should also have a clipboard. I don’t think you can put paper notes on folders.
