Add the low-pressure pie cannon from the Clown Borg as an independent item a clown can use. It would require some bananium and BS Crystal.
The research for it would be either from an Explo disk or the same as the Bluespace light replacer (since it’s harvesting pies from alternate dimensions)
Have it store a photo that gets shown when you examine it. If it’s possible have it default to a front-facing image of their character. Be able to cut it out with wirecutters to replace it.
Add peg legs and improvised prosthetics.
peg legs are crafted out of wood, cannot be repaired and offer slightly faster movement than one legged movement. Bonus mood buff when you wear a pirate hat or eye patch with peg legs.
improvised prosthetic legs are made of cloth or cable, rods and shoes with a welder as a construction tool, slightly faster than the peg leg but offer a likely hood of tripping and falling over after a number of steps while running. repairable for brute and burn damage with cables.
having both legs as pegs or improvised prosthetics disables walking as if your legs were crippled, cause you kinda need at least one functional leg for it to work.

Make it so that you don’t start repairing an clockwork enemy when you try to hit them with a welder on harm mode.

Seems redundant when prosthetics are extremely easy to print and spawn in most maps inside crates. But I guess there are fringe uses for ashwalkers, etc.

NGL this is partially so one has a more easily available alternative for when you don’t want your leg getting EMP’d to fuck you over rather than going to med to get a new cloned limb some how, especially seeing as doctors love Frankenstein work rather than building a limb cloner.

Additionally, make it easier to swap between 5U and 1U, perhaps by removing 2, 3 and 4U options.
I’m PRing a quick tweak that removes the 2,3,4 unit amounts and makes it be able to be stored inside the botanical belt

Botany isn’t chemistry, 2 1u doses is not the same as one 2u dose.

Being in maints gives you increasing feeling of dread to discourage running around in maints for too much.
Their bottles can still be set to 2u specifically. Did some botany and I didn’t even have a dropper. lol
