She is a fascinating mix of competency and lightheartedness, perfectly capable of going from complete seriousness to sillyness in the bat of an eye!
I have never had a single bad interaction with her, neither if she was a crewmember nor if she was a traitor.
Always cooperative and friendly, she is a sure plus for the whole round whenever she plays!

Demotion is just a boost to one’s ego.
Unless the person is clearly malignant to the point of almost breaking rule 7, not being excellent to each other, demotion is never the right answer!
It just robs the round of a job slot and the crewmember of the chance to prove he can still set the record straight.
Kind and patient guidance is the way to go in these situations, and Shion Rosenthal for sure has the right attitude to achieve that!

Most medical doctor can make very good chemist. Just ask if someone is willing to do it and you might get a Tamez Eloda that says something like “Ye i can be chemist.”

If someone is demoted you can open a new slot to it as a HoP.
Competant CMO, actually uses the cmo console to remind people about censors. She’s responsive and delegates, but does sometimes seem a bit overwhelmed by things. Caught me as a CMO acting cap when i stole the disk.
Overall a good fit for the role.

Yeah, like half the time I end up being acting cap. Not entirely sure I’m good at it - I’d say I’m around average at being acting cap.
