Offender’s In-Game Name: Samantha Shupe, Asia Addison, Elise Philips (37896). Seems to be exclusively random name after seeing this report.

Rules Broken: 11 (also probably 1, 3, 9, 14, 15, and whatever else, they have a multitude of bans including a /tg/station ban on BeenGe for ban evasion)

Incident Description:
I STRONGLY believe all of these CKEYs belong to a single person who comes on every day to do the same thing: speedrun megafauna and tendrils, commit suicide to get ghost antags, OOC in IC, and spout dumb shit in dchat like “men why does security have guns this is unfair”
That’s pretty much the report. I’m going to rant now and help the community better identify this person.

Additional Information:
They’re an awful crewmember and an awful antag, completely joyless to play with.
Scientists may know this person as the miner who keeps insisting for discovery-locked mining research despite not taking a scanner and aggressively refusing to do so when asked, calling the three second scanning process a waste of their incredibly precious and valuable time.
Miners may know this person as the jackass who sucker punches them to death and drags them far out of view into the lava lake at the bottom of the map.
Security may know this person as the traitor who keeps doing this super funny asclepius+cursed heart+cores+pens+ranged healing holopara gimmick.
Nobody else knows them because they don’t roleplay. I have never seen this person roleplay or so much as hold a simple conversation without spiraling it into an argument in my entire life.

My one experience with this guy was dying to the funny holopara strat as an assistant after which he said, IC, that it was the least boring fight so far on the server.

Had my doubts immediately when I heard that, but didn’t know the extent of the shittery. Cringe af.

QMs may know them as the miner who is more likely to come to the station with the HECK suit and hiero than with any ores and then refuses to return to the station when you tell them to do their job or they’ll get their ass fired (it’s me, im the QM. Samantha causes me mental anguish)

Ruko’s PRs will make getting loot without giving ores impossible, if it makes you feel better.

The reason this guy was getting away with it is also because you used to be able to get points in lavaland base due to some other guy’s out-of-touch PR. This is already fixed.

Alright now I’ve noticed them then when observing rounds. They refuse to do anything productive really, and the only miner I’ve seen try to punch the pulsating tumor bosses to death, while impressive I feel like it shows how much time they waste (and they go out of their way to waste it) rather than actually doing their job getting ores

Id like to add the ckey:BeenGe to the list of potential alts, they act extremely similar to what is described and hold the same stances, I was suspecting them of multikeying but didn’t really have much proof at all.

Your account was created within 3 days of one of the others and you inmediatly start rushing megafauna and acrew 4 bans in 18 hours of living playtime, a little dubious in my opinion and definetly not new player behaviour, besides if you really are innocent nothing will come of this anyways

If you weren’t part of this then it just means it was a ridiculously unlucky moment to join as an experienced miner. If this is true you have my condolences.

TLDR: Elise Philips, 37896. Ban evader. Same guy.
I remembered a miner with a shitty attitude named Elise Philips and looked into them a bit, unsuccessful in trying to find their CKEY. I am now very certain this is one of the evader’s accounts.

In round 37896, Elise Philips joined as a botanist around 30 mins in. At around the 50 min mark, they seemingly approached Robotics and asked to be borged (I only got the death message). At the time, my suspicion is that they used a separate account to ghost for antags and are about to go running around trying to be subverted. What happened instead was not quite that, but VERY similar.
(I should mention I forgot their borg name, it was a generic whatever-cyborg-three-numbers name.)

The borg ran off and started wandering through maints, right through a solid chunk of spacevine. He ran into a teeny tiny 1x2 of vines and killed it. When asked on radio he said the vines were dead and was directly contradicted by someone a second later. Funny but unimportant.

The real fuckery was this. He continued to run through maints, and eventually happened upon a newly spawned Blob’s “camera tile” or whatever you want to call it. He hovered in that area for SEVERAL seconds. The blob even called it out in overmind chat. Then he left, and the blob spawned.
FOR NO REASON AT ALL, Elise heads straight back into those maints and discovers the blob at maybe 10, 15 tiles. Says he’s gonna let the blob go, which I’m pretty sure is against all four starting lawsets (was not subverted). Blob decides to cut off his escape and he calls out the blob on Common. Gets killed by blob seconds later.

I was orbiting this borg from start to finish of “the blob section” of this little story and feel very confident accusing them of having a second account observing the round on their behalf. It is my understanding that there’s some kind of positronic brain exploit, but if it’s simply being dead, then I think the timeline doesn’t match up between the borging and the threat being purchased for blob. I could be wrong.

I have a suspect for the metacomm but do not want to alert them. I will share my thought privately with staff if interested.

My theory is that they plead hardcore ignorance in the tickets. Their accounts are varying levels of weeks old, hours aren’t quite zero. It looks genuine enough.

A…Admeme, sir… I have SEVENTEEN hours! I am here to roleplay! I didn’t KNOW I couldn’t act like a revolutionary over common and dump all my ores in the free golem ORM as a non-antag! What do you MEAN I can’t empty the silo, tell the HoS he’s an idiot, and dump the smelted mats in the golem’s silo? I’m INNOCENT!

Many of their bans mention leniency due to their non-zero hours and general ignorance of the rules. Keep in mind they play for over 10 hours a day and can accumulate these hours very quickly.

I also think they play a bit too much cyborg. And by “play cyborg” I mean they get borged, wander off to a remote location, and go afk. I think I made an ahelp about someone doing this a few weeks ago and now I’m realizing it was probably this player.

Because any time this behavior is reported, this is what happens.

Ban escalation is quite slow on Bee, and that’s assuming admins found proof of what is reported. Miners being dicks, unless directly attacking each other, isn’t something that is really supported as evidence stored in logs, so the admins have to directly witness the behavior themselves to act on it.

All cases I have reported, the only thing that could be proven in logs was a verbal refusal to do their job, which was likely only noteworthy as well. I gave up on reporting and took to mechanically fixing the issue instead.

I was the 3rd miner that round and later Pandora. They took off instantly to lavaland without waiting for scanners, rushed straight into hiero alongside DatFrostys. Dat got the last hit on the hiero and claimed the staff, after which Elise just murdered them.

Pandora part: I get chosen for lavaland elite and roll pandora, Elise then just punches me to death and calls the fight boring (I could barely scratch them through their HECK Armor). Not too late after, they go for a 2nd tumor, this time a Herald spawned and they got killed. Dchat “i wanted to suicide anyways”. Claimed they were bringing back ores… except they left the ores behind and only took the boss loot… ?
