Yorii is correct - if you’re a pacifist you’re essentially making an oath to do no harm in any way.
If you’re a pacifist with antagonists enabled, it creates a bit of a burden on staff because there’s currently an expectation to either have murder objectives changed (because outside of random luck a murder objective is entirely impossible if you’re acting as a pacifist) or we wipe all of your quirks for the round, not just pacifist but all of your beneficial ones too
If they’re an antagonist, they are probably going to get some lenience, and I can pretty much guarantee lenience if they ahelp first but no admin was available to respond.
If they are not an antagonist, they are liable to be banned for powergaming and/or poor RP.
Pacifist antags are honestly very boring for the round as a whole and I think pacifism should prevent being and becoming an antag fullstop. It should at least replace murder with “ensure they don’t escape alive”, so there is still some forced conflict when it rolls what would have been a murder objective.
An antagonist which is incapable of harming others is not going to be very engaging, even if they’re found. I’m open to bring proven wrong though.
