Incident Description: After a quick ahelp for a consult about AIs silicon policy, I get asked “anything else?” or something along those lines. I respond, jokingly “can I get a kiss”, thinking that I’m on good terms with this admin and we chill. After that, the conversation goes on a little about how I’m not a homie so I don’t deserve any kiss.

I was like haha, ok I guess, and suddenly I get hit with this

and the ahelp gets inmediatly closed. I made me feel pretty bad so I went to my office and told him this

At this point I don’t know what to do, so I just don’t respond back and then I get this final message, that idk if it’s the final punchilne and laugh at my face or something genuine.

I do not think getting mocked and taunted like this by an administrator is a good look for the server, specially a Senior Administrator. It makes me do not want to interact with this member of the staff for tickets and I 100% will not ahelp something if they are the only admin connected.

Alright. After internal discussions we have decided to accept this admin report.

Ultimately this entire conversation should’ve never happened in the first place. After the issue of ticket is handled it should’ve been resolved.
While you both went along with it and are thus both at fault, the admin is supposed to be the more mature and professional party and should’ve ended the discussion before it started or got out of hand.
Telling a player then that they’re annoying after seemingly going along with the joke is not very professional behavior.
In the end I would also like to clarify though that you @Varo should stop memeing around in ahelps and stop salting in LOOC. Worst case this could lead to an ahelp or LOOC mute.
LOOC is not the place to talk to an admin when you’re angry about how they resolved your ticket.
I’m pretty sure this isn’t the first time someone told you about our LOOC rules.

I’ve talked to Ro and let them know what they could do better for the future.
