yea and if someone called him the nword ooc with malintent then yes that would be in my opinion ban worthy as you have malintent but if someone used the nword in IC then who cares. Same with memes, if you post a meme with the nword and its not a direct threat to someone who cares.

Exactly. If the speech is done IC, there should be IC measures to combat it. Space law makes hate speech illegal, and you should be made valid for speech that is done with the intent to disrupt the atmosphere in the game (screaming on common that sec is a bunch of [slurs] for arresting you)
