I do remember this item but it seems it got soft removed at some point, something you used to be able to print from engineering but now it’s not researchable and doesn’t spawn anywhere at all.
It’s like holobarrier projectors except the projections despawn if they leave your screen while you’re still holding the projector, the projections also block movement completely, you can’t walk through these ones, and the projector has a charge that it loses over time while the projections are active until it runs out and they depawn.

Now for the sprites, the big purple gas cloud thing is “Sevtug, the Formless Pariah”, one of Rat’Var’s generals that clockies could summon for different effects, not sure exactly when it got removed but it’s probably in one of the multiple reworks clock cult had.
The robot sprites are cyborg sprite variants meant to depict a captain and a HoS respectively, I’m pretty sure such modules never existed though so that’s a pointer to why they aren’t in use.
Absolutetly no idea on the bird thing, looks antagonistic though, and curse whoever came up with the .dmi format making it absolute hell to find a specific sprite.
