   Incident Description: Facilitated human harm as an asimov borg. Created a rage cage in the middle of cargo area, and encouraged people to fight in it saying it wasn't harm because they consented to it, however the silicon policy only states about people threatening self harm.

At one point I walked in they bolted the door behind me and after I said ‘help’ (‘HALLLLP’ cause I had brain damage) but they left me in there until I died and had to be cloned at medical.

   Additional Information:

After I walked up to them and said to deconstruct it they refused, and according to the AI were acting rogue despite being connected.

Yep, there was a borg I ahelped about, but since Powerful was the only admin, and was affected by it, he couldn’t do anything about it. Borg actively encouraged harm in cage, and wouldn’t care if anything happen to any crew.

No, AIs are there (most of the time) to prevent crew harm. Allowing and aiding with building this stuff is nowhere near it. Making an electrified grille middle of cargo foyer and not caring about harm inside is not following silicon laws, that’s it. While some people might enjoy it, some might not, and silicons job is to prevent it, as it may cause harm through inaction.

Consensual harm is still considered human harm for an AI. The silicon policy has that you do not need to listen to people if they threaten self harm because there is no evidence they will not harm themselves if you follow their orders and are mentally unstable. If said person is harming themselves, you should still attempt to prevent it but no one really cares if you ignore a suicide body as you cannot revive it.
The ruling is in place so that you cannot go “AI open this door or I kill myself”, but does not allow AIs to let someone inti the supermatter chamber because they want to run into it, as pretty obviously that is human harm.
There is no ruling that states people who want to harm themselves are not being harmed, only threatening to harm yourself is not harm which is explainable through the laws and the fact you are mentally unstable and will be harmed anyway.
AI is there to be overly caring for the station leading to some silly situations like bolting people out of rooms that will kill them for their own good, not for building crew deathmatch arenas in the middle of the halls.
Humans have no laws, and if people want to play silicons as humans, they should play human.
