Incident Description: I'm gonna link the post I made which gives more detail, but basically he pretty much killed me as a non antag for no reason other than to steal my fire axe which was on my back. It was marked as an IC issue for him leaving me in crit to die and stealing a rare item. I was banned for doing basically the same thing to him (although he was valid, I was not) and I think it's unfair. He deserves at least the same punishment I received which was a 2 week ban if not a harsher one.
