Just a heads up for the future if it happens again.
I genuinely doubt they’re antag rolling. SMU has been here for like, most of the time I’ve been playing and I’ve never seen them as antag. They assist the station then cryo, if there’s nothing to do they will cryo.
I have only ever seen this engineer join and start the engine, then leave if theres nothing else to do. Ive seen it on deadpop stations even - I think this is just an engi player who graciously joins to make sure the station has power, then leaves.
that’s exactly what he is being doing as far as i can tell. And given that he wasn’t antag in rounds where i seen him on very low pop (1-5 people) probably means he has antags DISABLED all together otherwise he would just get it with 50% chance or more on low pop.
Swatblack (NT-SMU 1026) indeed joins low pop regularly to help make sure the station has power and materials then logs off or lurks in dead chat. He’s even worked it into his character gimmick, often he will say a short farewell on common radio expressing that station power is now functioning, and he is entering cryo until a later shift.
Genuinely makes many rounds a lot more playable on dead pop.
Understandable that it could seem suspicious, but he is definitely not antag rolling.
The only times I’ve seen Swatblack play antag, they’ve had a specific gimmick in mind and they generally play out some full mid-pop rounds as a human character (who I will refrain from doxxing them as) until they can execute their gimmick.
I’ve never once seen them antag as SMU, and I have played more hours on deadpop with SMU than most players have played the game.
