Appeal Reason: Going around implanting people during a gangs round. I go to implant the hop and I can’t seem to implant. He’s not a gang leader, ‘attempting to implant’ message just doesn’t go off no matter what. We figure it out and get him implanted and are talking about the bug in LOOC. Then I ask, ‘you’re not a gang, right?’
Then zesko shows up in looc, says he’ll quote ‘fuck my face’ and gives me some massive mood debuff. I can’t play sec if I’m crawling around at a snail’s pace, so I said fuck this and ghosted.
Additional Information: My first ban was a mistake and if mods are gonna do shit like this for ‘hAvInG a HiStOrY’ then I would like the note removed or edited to reflect that it was immediately lifted. And zesko, you’re a motherfucker for making me do this two days after getting off my ban. Love ya.
Kinda sounds like Zesko is baiting people INTO being belligerent in tickets so he can ban them for longer. An admin shouldn’t say “I’m gonna fuck your face” in a ticket, that’s just stupid.

You can’t expect someone to not be belligerent after telling them that you’ll “fuck their face.” Really shitty case of “respect muh authority.”
Might I also add, apparently everett had problems with zesk doing this. Now, it could JUST be everett, but I’d check that out too if he makes a report.
I take people using LOOC and other such methods for metagame purposes very seriously. I was unaware of the bug at the time and the guy’s already accumulating a frightening amount of notes recently. My intent was not in any way to bait out any form of belligerence

Zesk is continually PMing and banning anyone under the slightest provocation or rules broken, where in most cases a warning (And some with no rules broken, a closed PM) should be warranted the accused is perma banned…
I’ll be lifting the ban when I get home unless the other Head Admins decide otherwise. While it is true that you ghosted, it seems to have been caused by the attitude of Zeskorion.
