Static names allow people to create recognizable characters. When I see certain names, I know I can expect competency. This is not metagaming, it’s safe to assume we know our coworkers or how people gossip about them.
Also considering that each round is supposed to be considered an “Abnormality” on an otherwise normal day at a normal company, i honestly dont see why its “Bad for RP” if you know your co-workers and their personalities.
