Incident Description:
Two separate incidents, one with severe over escalation, and the other with also severe over escalation and possible metagrudge
So I was borg. Nancy druid was sick with a bad disease, aka the green frowny face. I demanded she put a mask on to prevent harm to others, she said no, and demanded to be let into chem. Because I didn’t know if there was anyone in chem and not everyone had the disease at that point, I re-iterated my demands for her to put on a mask. I switch to my spray can and start writing “PUT ON A FUCKING MASK” when she (Det) takes out her police baton and tries to destroy me, beating me until 1 more hit would have caused me to die. She runs off, and I set her to arrest because someone who literally tries to destroy a borg and immediately resorts to harm instead of using a flash to incapacitate me/get her point across/be a tough guy is probably unstable enough to harm the crew. I then finish writing my message on the floor.

The admin suggested that that would violate law 1 due to restricting her ability to receive treatment, which did not occur to me at the time, but after thinking about it that would also help stop her spreading the disease and prevent other harm, but idk how to lawyer that one out. It’s also worth noting that I was 1 hit away from deactivating, and she ended up being cured the next time I saw her.

So I make sure a guy who was falsely killed for being a ling gets revived and I get repaired, and then go to confront Nancy druid. I tell her, “you almost killed me, fucker”, she responds with “and I’m gonna try again if you disobey me, you got that scrap heap?” then proceeds to whack me once with her baton. So far a valid interaction, one smack or two is nothing. (A quick note, this shows that her intent was to do a “toughguy” type thing, in which case she could have just as easily used a flash earlier, instead of trying to destroy me.) The standoff continues with me telling her “You were going to spread a disease” and “do not hit me”. An onlooker says “bruh” at seeing me get hit. She hits me again (like I said a few hits are nothing, there was tension between the two characters), and I say “That is against Policy. Stop.” “You don’t give the orders to crew,” she rebuts. Someone facing her who she was talking to says “Christ, you’re a nutjob.” All is well and good from an RP perspective so far. I further interact with Nancy, saying “You were sick. I can tell you what to do all I want, if it prevents harm.”
All of a sudden this guy behind me turns into a fucking monke. Immediately I my mind goes to red alert, because this is a ling round and that’s a ling ability. I start freaking out and try to stun and kill it with my spraypainter, to which I fail to comical effect. Apparently somebody threw a mislabeled “Advanced Hulk Injector” at him, which I did not notice at the time. I think the following logs speak for themselves. (logs trimmed for readability because I don’t want to write “he said she said he did”, but the full log is below that)

Basically long story short, I try to knock the presumed ling monkey down and try to kill it with my spray can, then my piano. I miss a couple times and hit 2 people once each (with the spray can only, never actually got my piano out), and then immediately apologized, when Nancy Druid Takes her gun out and shoots me. I continue to try and kill the monkey, and am hit another time, then shot at by nancy twice more. With this I am dead.
So I assume the monkey is a ling, because it’s a ling round and that’s a ling ability. Likewise I assume the people helping it are antags, and that nancy druid is self antagging along with them. I assume Nancy Druid has killed me for trying to kill the monkey, based on the baton hits immediately after I engage the monkey, and then the gunshots afterwards.
Then she steals the scooter of someone helping the monke and says this:

And runs off after it.

This doesn’t make any sense. If she killed me for harming the monkey why is she chasing it? Why didn’t she use a flash to disable me instead of reaching for her gun the second she had a chance to do so? It makes much more sense if you look at it from the perspective of “she was looking for any reason to kill me/kill in general”. It also helps to remember she was sec at the time too, so jumping the gun on when to pull your gun out is not good.

Additional Information:
Nancy has had a kinda history of metagrudging me, going so far as to kill me as cap once, (though this was ruled IC due to my shit tier cringey RP) and if she was aware that I was playing as “BuzzBot 1.0” then this is definitely metagrudge instead of just overescalation.
TL;DR
Nancy Druid goes det, I go borg. Nancy gets sick. I refuse to let her into an area where she wants to go without access and demand she puts on a mask. She refuses, then beats me with her baton until I am one hit away from being destroyed in an attempt to (I asume) intimidate me into opening the door for her. She used her baton to harm me instead of using her flash to disable me which would be a show of power, but not, y’know, kill me. I set her to arrest because this is not mentally stable behavior and she has shown an inclination to harm.
Then I confront her (after getting fixed) and some IC interactions happen, when somebody suddenly melts into a monke which I assumed at the time meant they were ling. People start smacking me with things to get me to stop killing the presumed (by me) ling monkey, including Nancy Druid. I accidentally hit 2 people one time each with my spraycan instead of the monkey, to which nancy takes out her gun and starts shooting at me.
After I am dead, even thought she helped the monkey before, and killed me for attacking it, she starts chasing the monkey around, and possibly starts shooting at it as well. Not once did she use her flash to try and stop me from attacking, or to stop me, a borg from being destroyed. She in fact joined in on killing me, despite being sec.
And besides, if you’ve got a flash and someone’s “attacking” with a spray paint and apologizes after, jumping to lethal gunshots is not the way to go.
