I’ve noticed that special blues/jazz plays in the Detectives Office, but it’s pretty quiet, and I was wondering if it could be turned up while your in there?

We can’t really just pop in copyrighted music like that. If you can find things that are royalty free or within the plublic domain it would be much more plausible.

Hmm, but what about the music in the loading screens? We don’t have a right to those do we? Also, it doesn’t seem like other servers need them for stuff like jukeboxes.
But if we can’t bring these songs in, would it be possible for me to submit some of my own stuff? I have some stuff that would really fit the mood, and it might be cool to have some community made music in the game!

we pay 50$ for rights to Viper the Rapper’s music so we can play it on the jukebox exclusively
this is a good idea
If we’d make the jukebox into some kind of weird ingame youtube player for only some selected tracks, that can be chosen in jukebox gui, then those music files would be hosted on youtube while ss13 would be just a music player.
