Why do you want to be a moderator?: I liked helping out and working with you all, and I am ready to do it again.
How long have you been playing SS13?: 2017-2019, not really sure. Too long, thats for sure.
How long have you been playing BeeStation?: Since 2019 apparently, but I dont think I regularly played until 2022-2023
On a scale of 1-10, how skilled are you in SS13?: 5? Average.
On a scale of 1-10, how skilled are you as an administrator? (this can include past games): I would like to think I did a good job last time, but you probably have a better idea of it than I do.
Have you ever been an admin or moderator on another server? This is not limited to SS13: Yeah I forgot the places and dont want to check my old app

Your strengths: I can provide a fairly impartial second opinion on most matters and whilst believing in second chances understand the signs that someone is not worth your continued effort or the effort of the staff team.
Your weaknesses: Last time I burned out, it wasn’t the cause of me leaving the team, but it made some of my time in it bitter. This time I recognise what caused that and understand what I need to do to avoid it.
Is there anything that gets you really mad, real fast?: People who refuse to take events as in character and people who will constantly run in circles with you in ticket.
What do you think is the most important trait for a staff member to have?: Communication still.
What makes a staff team good?: Communication, professionalism and impartiality.
What is a staff team’s purpose?: To provide an atmosphere where people can have fun whilst abiding by the spirit of the server rules.
What kind of player are you?: I like detective.
How do you think you will change once you become a staff member?: I think I’ll hang around more. I’ve been gone a while, and havent actually played much recently but I think I’ll hop on more to admin/observe than I will to play.
The clown slips the HoS and steals his gun, spacing it right after. What do you do?: Check antag datums, check the note history, and check saylogs between the two to find a story, if there isn’t one that looks sufficient then speak to the clown and ask for details before making a judgement if it was reasonable for the character to commit that capital crime.
A non-antagonist is sabotaging the Atmospherics loop and pumping plasma into the distro, along with dragging around a canister and releasing it into the atmosphere. Assuming that an admin is cleaning up the after-effects, how do you conduct the ahelp with him?: Check his account/alts out, ask him if he has a minute, either eat up his bullshit story or listen to what he thinks about minorities, and then ban the guy with consideration to his account, hours and notes.
A chemist who is working alone accidentally mixes an explosive mixture inside of his chem dispenser, instantly killing himself and destroying the machine, along with exposing Chemistry to space. Nobody else was injured aside from him as a result of his actions. What do you do?: Check his note history, if this is his first issue of the sort, tell him what he fucked up by referencing the logs for what chems he used. If this is his second or third, I’d be looking further into his involvement with the round to try to understand if he is making a genuine mistake or if he is doing it for some other reason, and apply a scaling note/ban if so.
