Incident Description:
Spent the first part of the round being taught by Marina Pisces how to do toxins. They then immediately used their new knowledge to create a maxcap from the leftover materials, and blew a massive hole in security. Supposedly they also made a second maxcap that didn’t end up going off. Blatant overescalation

Additional Information:
Player was a changeling with no murderbone objectives.

Under rule 13.4, blowing a hole in sec is specifically listed as an overescalation;

  1. Security may be considered a threat and may be pre-emptively eliminated without provocation, but low-collateral methods must be used to eliminate them. Bombing the security wing is not considered low-collateral.

So casually firing off a maxcap there of all things is a pretty clear violation in my opinion.
