I bombed a shuttle yesterday, my first warning on the server ended up in a perma ban, i would like to appeal my actions. I regret getting banned from the server, i realized its better than the other servers so i fucked up when i bombed that shuttle and i want to be let back in. Mainly because the other rp servers are down and the other servers are chaos

You’re absolutely going to get denied if you don’t use the proper format. Ban Appeals Rules and Formatting

Also, I believe your ban is not an “Appeal-On-Forums” ban, so you need to wait a year and get a vouch from another reputable server before appealing.
