Appeal Reason:not letting NONHUMANS upload harmfull laws isnt harm, me lethaling said nonhuman isnt harm, the hop running into the upload while the turrets where shooting is SELF harm, this ban stand no grounds.
Thats neat but rd literally told me what law he was uploading, so it isnt probable it is CLEAR harm, and a month ban from server from the first ai “mistake” is shitty.
If that reasoning can’t be applied, then ok; but the second part

You may deny access to areas under probable cause. Probable cause is listed as:
Probable cause includes presence of confirmed traitors, cultists/tomes, nuclear operatives, or any other human acting against the station in general; the person not having upload access for their job; the presence of blood or an openly carried lethal-capable or lethal-only weapon on the requester; those who meet a condition of your laws (eg. If you have a law stating only the captain can access upload, than all other players have probable cause) or anything else of this nature.
If you do not have probable cause and deny access, you are liable to be banned or warned.
You are allowed, but not obligated, to deny access if probable cause exists. You are, however, obligated to disallow access for individuals you know to be conflicting your laws.
If you don’t have probable cause that the RD is going to do something bad, you must let them into upload unhindered.
Without evidence or rumor of the RD planning to do bad, you can’t assume them to be bad.
From personal experience, when it comes to “He’s saying he’s going to upload a bad law”, it’s much better to tell them to change what they’re going to upload (Hinting that they should lie) to avoid having an entire round’s focus shift to “MALF AI XDDD”
Every time they kept insisting they’re going to upload a guaranteed human harm law (Nukies not human), I just keep telling them no so the entire round transitions into AI vs that one guy.
If the RD says that the Captain is going to upload X, then that’s just hearsay (Right?)

May as well post these here as well, since they prove the fact the turrets were already targetting the human HoP before they were swapped to lethals.
i mean they are none humans and from what i am geting they may had plans to upload bad laws and didn’t state which laws they where gonna upload and that ban time is too long for a lrp round (like what 29 days i am guessing),also kate doesn’t seem like a horrible player and i think they should atleast have i not know 16 to 27 days ban as ai and borg?
Collins was the only inside thats why i turned lethals, maxwell came inside and got hit YOU CAN SEE I TURNED THOSE OFF AFTER HE GOTHIT ONCE AND TOLD HIM TO NOT DO THAT AGAIN
Turrets have a 2 second timeoutafter activationwhere they search for a target, maxwell entered upload just as theturrets where opening and got hit by one or two lasers
Anything that appears human is considered to be until proven otherwise though; a felinid that hides their ears/tail via customization is human to the AI until someone pulls up medical records and sells them out.
