So here is where I had to stop and investigate something. The logs will show that you switched to lethals, and I remember seeing them toggled that way in game with the red turret panel color. The weird thing is that every log says fired the electrode instead of laser, as it normally would with lethals. You do shock doors and switch the turrets to lethals manually, so I think the intent was there, but there seems to have been a bug at play as well.
Here is a partial pull for when damage started occurring for each. It still lists electrodes rather than lasers, but does certainly kill the cap and RD.

The more I look at these logs the more confused I get. Something fucky happened. Damage is occurring during the electrodes hitting, however it is not consistent with the individual shots. It more implies that something happened with environmental damage which is not logged.
There have have been some update recently that messed up turrets. I really don’t know. Regardless it’s too confusing for me to confidently say you intended to kill them. Especially with repeat logs of you enabling lethals without disabling them. As far as I know that cannot be done through the standard interface.
You did still ignore a lot of orders as AI. Based on that I’ll edit and reduce the ban to only a week silicon job ban. Continue the appeal however.
