Incident Description: Broke into hop's office to kill Ian (Because hop didn't want to give him access to print wanted records to meme), then later improv bombed the bar eventually after a long period depressurized a sec room, I found him in space after a long chase where we had a disabler fight and I won. I cuffed him, he activated some micro bombs he got in the gateway (Which did damage me and my hearing by a lot), I was about 4 tiles away when he exploded, so I could easily have died.
Additional Information: afaik pretty much none of those actions are allowed on mrp. I wasn't there for round end because I was feeling dizzy, the round was a greenshift however. Cae messaged me he was handling it but he never replied after and he was offline on discord

Yeah i was the HoP that round, i refused to give him any more sec acces because most lawyers that ask for it usually want to get sec gear and just break in armory, considering he got mad enough to kill Ian and later went into gateway to get geared up with weapons and stuff i think i was right, saw him break a wall into sec to print .357 rounds for his revolver later. He did mention he has microbombs on him and pretty much threatened to kill anyone that fucks with him over radio.
