False, Glowsticks contain 10u of Hydrogen each, throw that in a All in One grinder or mortar & Pestle.

In this case, you as an IPC suffer from the exact oposite of an issue most other Humanoids have.

You as an IPC can have your Head swapped for a Robotic’s produced Cyborg head, conversely since your Brain is in your torso you can’t have it replaced with a more durable Cyborg Torso.
If you hypothetically have access to infinite welding fuel, infinite time, and a dead IPC whos only problem is not having enough oil, you can hypothetically beat the IPC (or a nearby bot) with a toolbox until some oil leaks out, scoop it up into a beaker, inject it back into the IPC, and reboot them with a flick of a welder.
You don’t even need infinite welding fuel. Damage is capped at a certain point.
