Considering you’ve built a record that includes griefing, self-antag and edgy “humor” regarding racism, I don’t think your ban is still going to be considered as appealable without a vouch.
Have you played on any servers that has good things to say about you?
more recently I’ve moved to rougetown servers such as ratwood and my record is quite good there but I don’t think you guys have admins over there. I really don’t see why a vouch would be needed considering the large time gap. And more often any notes or admin action taken to a player is not because they simply were following rules but instead as punishment for not doing so. Sure I may have notes to my name on other servers but dragging that here especially after that was two years ago and not having played much since would not be possible.
A vouch does not need to come from our admins, it would be from the staff of another server that we trust.
Your most recent ban was not two years ago, it was a quality control removal by a server with one of the most relaxed sets of rules out there. A quality control removal does not occur without being given several chances, and it’s not even the only ban mentioning you were given several chances.
I don’t think it’s too far out there to ask if there’s staff on other servers that are willing to say “Yeah he’s been good and following the rules” with the record you have built.

If you’re going to mention a ban It’d be right to specify from where it was and how that is relevant to me being ready to play on a more roleplay focused server. As mentioned in the latest reply I’ve put some time into ratwood which generally has a much higher standard of roleplay than most others I’ve been on.
As my record has been good there I’d think that would be a decent case as to why I should be given the chance back here.
I’ve been on ss13 for more than a few years and I’d say that it would be quite difficult to find someone with similar or more time on this game all whilst having a completely clean record.

Bigotry, in general, we have a zero tolerance for.
A misunderstanding of the rules or roleplay on a different server obviously can lead to bans that wouldn’t be comparable to our rules here. In a year, someone can change a lot in that regard as well.
This does not apply to open bigotry as can be seen in that ban. It needs to be clear that you aren’t that person anymore, and frankly, that isn’t a risk we usually take with griefers or people who say that for fun.

Understandable, however, that is out of our hands.
Headmins were assigned to this by Ruko, so they should get to you within the week, though listing the servers out that you’ve been playing would be helpful.
Personally, I havent seen Ratwood used for a vouch here yet, so up in the air until they can give you an answer

As the other admins have said in this thread, you will need a vouch to appeal your permanent ban. Of the servers you listed, all of them would be acceptable with maybe an exception for Ratwood (mainly because I haven’t talked to their staff), assuming the Turkish server you mentioned is Psychonaut Station.
