**Ban Reason:**Removed someone eyes, ears and tongue for throwing away a saw.

**Appeal Reason:**I believe that the reason of the ban was an IC problem rather than self antagonizing.

**Additional Information:**The reason of removing his eyes, ears and tongue wasn’t only because he threw my saw in to the bin but also because he made me chase him several good minutes before telling me that. From the point of a person that tries to keep as many people alive during more or less total chaos you might see how this could be an IC problem.

To top it up. Before i was banned he also began to hit me up randomly as i tried to rescue someone and if he wasn’t stopped by security he would have totally killed me up as he managed to crit me up. His reason was “He is killing that guy.” or something similar.

Removing someone’s eyes, ears and tongue is a very extreme thing to do (making it nearly impossible for the player to play or seek help) for what still sounds like ultimately throwing a tool away.

Ban should stick imo

I’m going to out on a limb and say, while this isnt covered by our escalation policy, common sense should apply.

Disabling a player that heavily is equal or almost equal to just straight murdering them.

Yeah, you effectively removed a player from the round over a circular saw. Ban should stay.
