That’s the coolest shit I’ve ever seen
ahahahah, of course the dog hates the mailbot
Overall just having a paramedic named Recovery Bot or Repair Bot sounds nice. I can imagine them taking wounded or dead Syndicate agents to Medbay. Perhaps even dead pets. lol
Lol love it, reminds me of the mail carrier from Majora’s mask / OoT. Will stop at NOTHING to deliver le mail hehe.
Accidentally took the mail when it wasn’t being offered to me.
EPS units have a key flaw, in a crowd, they do not specify who the mail is for.
Whether or not specifying is better is up for production, but future mail privacy concerns may arise.
another story of a difficult virologist
but also a story of first mail delivery done through Disposals system

luckily they received help from a reliable hand (hello @Gilgax !)
Thats fabulous, I’m really glad you’ve started making small clips of your deliveries!
HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
also appreciated that @Gilgax took the time to do this, despite not having time to use it later in the round

be me, a silly clown
notice EPS when i arrive, habit of shaking everyone’s hand and saying hello
he seems nice
sneaky to teleporter room to yoink hand tele for syndicate overlords
EPS runs by and notices me wirecut a camera and INSTANTLY rats me out
Yeah, what’s EPS stand for? Erratic person simulation?
want to see me do it again?
The reaction is just

It is the year of maillessness
The rulers of the corporation have devised a the ultimate plan.
They would reshape the future by delivering the post.
The plan requires something that felt no pity, no pain, no fear.
Something unstoppable. They created.The Mailmanator
contemplated how any other character I would play couldn’t technically coexist with EPS in the same shift
and then it happened
I was playing as another character, but it was still there, looking behind the window, silently
the machine with one purpose, moving up, down and about, delivering mail
an actual EPS unit
the creation has transcended the creator and lives beyond
here is the first recorded footage of another EPS unit in action, and it lives up to the name (hello @Huffy !)
to the anonymous player, welcome to the EPS network
good luck!

Bruhhh, I thought you looked different but didn’t realise it was someone else
And so, it happened.
After countlless sleepless hours, after having tracked mail recipients even far beyond the Phobos line, here we are.
Instead of being retired for their obnoxiousness, the EPS unit model is getting traction and more and more units are being produced. No more anonymity, no more being left alone, no more peace during a dangerous exploration. If someone decided to sent you a mail, you are gonna receive it.
Whether or not you like it , it is going to happen.
And deep, deep inside you, a claustrophobic sense of fear slowly mounts. “Am I truly alone?”. “Am I being tracked right now?”. “Is one of those silent, menacing and always staring IPC’s screen looking at me, in this very moment?”.
That’s the kind of space we’ll all live in, from now on.
And let me confess something, dear reader.
I already love it! ![]()
lung cancer sounds
In response to the recent outburst of EPS unit tech, the BLOCK Corporation has begun work on a one-hit wonder mailbot unit. What happens to it, and whether it can survive the harsh space or not, is up to you, dear NT Employee. Do note that we will only release the barebones functioning prototype, so beware certain malfunctions.
The BLOCK Corporation does not hold responsibility for the following malfunctions: Continuous running into a recipient until they accept mail, continuous running into a wall until target is reached, occasional balancing issues, mail simply being dropped when addressed to a mime, mime mail abandonment, lack of speech, voicebox failure resulting in a connection whirr, and occasionally just fucking hanging itself… etc.*
this time, a story of a difficult scientist
going over the replay, it was actually awe inspiring to see them do xenobiology, xenoarchaeology and even take the time to scan coffee, all while being chased by a mailbot
leaving other things related to that round and player aside, this was some of the most science gameplays I’ve ever seen
The gold extract was harmless actually, just needed more disc points to max out research so I spawned some to scan
if you ask me, it worked well as an improvised flashbang
it was the first time I actually lost track of you
