I agree. But it is not just racist speech. The culture of banning speech is seeping into other areas as well, which is what was discussed in previous threads.

But I agree with putting in DADT for 18+ restriction, cause without VC, we only have behavior and words to go off. Behavior of someone who acts under 18 will get a ban eventually, so having a DADT policy just streamlines the process.

Question is, how long would the ban be? Cause there’s two ways I see it, perma, or expires when they turn 18.

Behaviour isnt really a good metric since not all adults act like well…adults. Especially when playing a video game with other adults. If you play EVE Online you would know what im talking about. Or just go watch any Youtube Multiplayer Letsplay.

We dont have any adult content so there is no logical reason to go to 18+

Besides, most countries have higher maturity levels than America does anyway (Considering the drinking age in some countries in Europe.) so i dont see why it should be 18+

Problem is age verification is such a pain, I’d rather we have the server accessible to under 18’s as I was young enough starting to play and enjoyed a decent server.
