Clowns tend to be annoying at an attempt to be funny, and they can get on your nerves. But Mimes, if you have a bad mime, guaranteed they will be the biggest validhunting shithead or murderboning traitor.

Neither. Clowns and mimes on bee are great. They’re the soul of SS13. They’re part of what makes it a goofy space game instead of a boring job sim with amogus bad guys.

2nd place in clown hours as of January last year, clowns can be cool if they don’t act like greytiders, and Mimes tend to have very unique gimmicks. But overall, mimes drool, clowns rule.
