It’s already part of the template. I’m honestly not sure what you’re wanting.
He is asking what server the conduct happened on. If someone was globally banned, then the report or ban page does not show what server it happened on other than through context. It is something that should be added, I’ve had the thought myself as well. They titled the helpful forum request with standard shitpostery though.

Talked with them a bit more to get a fuller understanding. Added a link to the ban appeals template for people to indicate which server they were on when the ban happened.
