Yeah, I know rimworld, gimme something fresh. Best if it’s multiplayer, but SP titles are cool too.
Hollow Knight. Only game I’ve ever played where I’ve sat in a room for 15 minutes just listening to the ambience and looking at the background art.
Lobotomy Corp if you like facility management / good story/ scps (Libary of Ruina is the second game if you like the lore and scps)
Also, I recommend Factorio if you have a group of friends to play with. You can also add mods.
Risk of Rain 2 is good if you like roguelikes and is multiplayer and you can add mods.
Slime Rancher if you just want to chill out and do some stuff
Also going through old games you might of played already can be fun, every once in a while I’ll usually play through Portal 2 or From Dust (From Dust is a game I think is really underrated (most of the bad reveiws are because of ubisoft and not the game itself))
Also yes most of these are singleplayer
Also, you can try playing on another ss13 codebase, maybe bee is just getting old for you and you need something new
xenonauts is great if you enjoy xcom-alikes, the devs are in the process of making a second one and it’s about to hit early access (still lots of features incomplete, bugs to be repaired, etc, but making good progress)
planetside 2 is a neat mmo shooter where you can get blown the fuck up by a stupid air-to-ground player who’s not good enough to play infantry or dogfight
if you want political strategy, Arcen Games (small indie dev) has The Last Federation, where you play a mercenary trying to unite a solar system.
RTS-wise, sins of a solar empire is neat, so is star wars empire at war, both are made even better by mods (for SW:EaW it’s expected, the vanilla game is pretty basic)
can’t go wrong with Fallout: New Vegas
KeeperRL is a neat little dungeonkeeper game
enjoy civ? hate diplomacy? warhammer 40k: gladius
resource management builder game about keeping people alive aboard a space ship? space haven!
Europa Universalis 4, but only when its on sale unless you wanna pay 400$ for the full game with all relevant DLC.
Multiplayer there is either Fun or HaHa ottoblob goes brr, Britains navy goes BRR, Austrian diplomacy goes BRR, polish winged hussars go BRR, russian manpower goes BRR, Spanish colonies go BRR. and so on.
i suggest playing OPM multiplayer games or similar minor power games.
Lobotomy Corporation, Library of Ruina
Paradox Interactive Games
Victoria 2 multiplayer is dummy fun
HOI4 is the best one for new players though
Liar, liar, plants for hire.
Stellaris is made by them and it is horrific what that game has become.
All their games have separate dev teams with very little crossover. Stellaris was a first for them- they normally maintain historical settings
have you tried Tetris yet?
I play Spelunky 2 and Noita so can recommend those.
Have you heard of Noita? It’s falling sand game as a roguelike. Pretty neat!
I lately found a game called deep rock galactic.
It’s a 4 player coop.
Basically you are dwarves, you mine space asteroids, you drink beer and dance - and also fight waves of xenos while trying to do your job and the corporation doesn’t even care for your safety.
Also a game called a hat in time, a really well made platformer, I suggest getting the nyakuza dlc.
It does have a multiplayer mode up to 50 people but it’s meh
Yeah thats cool and all, but have you played Dwarf Fortress
The virgin dwarf fortress
Vs
The chad cataclysm dark days ahead
Fuck not gonna lie they are both Thad games
if you like building shit, very complex shit. you could check out From the Depths.
there are games that arent ss13?!?!?!?
