CKEY: Cobrador mascarado
Admin’s CKEY: RukoFamicom
Ban Type: Permanent (Forced Antagonists, All Antagonists)
Ban Length: Forever
Ban Date: 2024-09-08 19:29:37
Round ID: 49915.
Ban Reason: Very poor antagonist conduct. Trying to be as destructive as possible as a wraith, asking incessantly over and over until finally they said “Please don’t destroy the AI or Comms” and decided this meant they could go be as destructive as possible as long as these two things didn’t happen. This is a permanent ban until you show that you can play the game normally without overly destructive tendencies as a normal crew member for a while.
My Perspective: I joined this round as a ghost and was offered the choice to become a shade, which I accepted and got placed inside a wraith. We were planning what we could do, so the other wraith and I suggested that we could go around the station and sabotage things such as the AI or comms. However, our master didn’t agree with that plan after some thought because they concluded that it would provoke security to fight back or something similar.
After this, we kept following him, but he didn’t do anything remotely related to his objective for the entire time I was around him. He just walked around with his group of constructs, engaging in very low-level RP, drinking beer, and calling security “shitsec.” I was understandably bored and confused, so I suggested twice during these events that I do something else. On the second suggestion, he allowed me to go, with the condition that I didn’t break the AI, comms, or kill anyone—I was basically told not to get him into trouble.
I went to space and started breaking things there. I only had time to break cameras around the AI (without actually attacking the AI or revealing myself), and while that was happening, apparently my master got upset. Ruko bwoinked me, asking if I was doing what my master had asked me to, to which I said yes and showed him the logs proving that my master had allowed it. Ruko even reinforced this narrative in the ban reason.
Ruko decided to give me this permanent ban even though I provided concrete proof that I was simply doing what my master allowed and was keeping it safe.
Why I Think This Ban Should Be Removed:
1. I wasn’t as destructive as Ruko claims: I only disabled cameras and broke glass windows—nothing more than that.
2. I was clearly allowed by my master: I was simply doing what I got permission to do.
3. The claim that I was “bloodthirsty” is greatly exaggerated: I only asked to do something because my master was doing nothing. I was simply following the permissions given to me and being safe about it by not going overboard and only breaking cameras.
4. I wasn’t the only one that agreed on the plan: Even though my master got upset afterward, the only reason he didn’t allow me to go do my thing at first was because he didn’t want security to attack us. That’s why I tried convincing him by saying I’d be responsible. He only got upset later because he probably needed me afterward and I wasn’t near him, but that’s not my fault.
5. Ruko himself admits to not knowing what happened fully: Neither Ruko nor my master knew exactly what I did. Both of them admitted in adminhelps that they didn’t see what I broke, and Ruko just assumed from the logs that I did something destructive, which isn’t true.
Note: Just so this is VERY clear, Ruko sent me to admin prison as soon as he took the ticket, and he claimed after I was already in prison that he had no context of what happened. So, chronologically, he didn’t even see what I did because it was already done by the time Ruko admitted he didn’t see it. This proves that Ruko gave this sentence using only the logs of me asking my master to go, to determine that I was destructive.
6. The banning reason lies about what happened: Ruko claims that my master said, “Please don’t destroy the AI or Comms,” and that I interpreted this as meaning I could be as destructive as possible as long as those two things weren’t targeted, which is not true at all! First of all, what my master said was, “Don’t break the AI or comms, but sure,” which is not even close to what is stated in the banning reason. Also, I wasn’t “as destructive as possible”; I literally just broke cameras. Can you please come here and explain what you think I did this round? Because I don’t see how breaking cameras makes me a very destructive antagonist—that would be light griefing at best if you tried to stretch it, not an antagonist policy break
