Incident Description: the round starts and like a minute in the clown, Clown thats cryos says hi everyone followed by a goodbye. then shortly after the cryo message came this was 1-2 minutes into the round.

Additional Information: even if they stayed true to their name they still cryoed way too early.

Additional information, I set the role to low priority so anyone who had it on medium or high would then get priority over me.
