I had a look at your warns and it does seem like things where valid at the time, I’ve also had a quick look over your previous appeals.
Honestly, things have changed a lot since your ban, and your interactions in discord don’t seem too bad at current, even if there hasn’t been much of it.
Throw some reasons my way as why the warns should be lifted (apart from the obvious) and I’ll consider ^-^
I’d like to interact with the community I suppose without not having to see the responses, and I suppose get a feel for the community before even attempting an unban,
I’m in my final year of college, I barely even touch discord anymore apart from college, but I’d like to try get back into SS13, with my warnings here being not entirely dangerous to the community apart from annoying one person which was pretty stupid I’ll admit.
I don’t necessarily see the harm.. Atleast I won’t maxcap the science area heh heh….
From what I can tell, the majority of your warnings over your history have been for the same two things, inappropriate imagery, and Pinging people inappropriately (not just ike but other pings too).
I also noticed that technically you’re meant to appeal your game-ban before opening another mute appeal as per your last appeal attempt. Although I did see it mentioned in the salt mines, so I’ll find out from the heads to see what they think on that front, as it has been quite a while. But I’d still advise going for the perma-appeal first just in-case.
Either way, Can you, with confidence, state that you wont misuse ping perms, or break any of the rules on the discord in the future? Especially as it seems to be a recurring thing of getting un-muted then almost immediately causing issues again?
I do enjoy seeing the community interact in a healthy manner so if you’re able to do so, I dont see any major reasons at current why this cant be processed. I’d also advise you to keep up your discord activity and interact with people where possible before this gets fully processed too, seeing a visible improvement is always ideal.

Ro has addressed my grievances to an extent and you have said you don’t plan on going down this path again. It has been years at this point since the most recent mute and people absolutely can change over time so I’m not strictly against giving people further chances, but I’d like to grill you a bit and explain why I’m still currently against this being lifted despite the years that have passed.
You have been muted EIGHT times (Counting the discord ban as a mute), and that’s just since we started keeping strong discord records which your history pre-dates. Every time you are muted you give assurances that it won’t happen again, whether through a public appeal or a more private one. You have been given more chances than any other person in the history of this server with regards to discord mutes.
At the time of your most recent mute the server had adopted a stance (staff cycles in and out, so this has changed) that players who do not or can not play on the game server should not be given further chances to be disruptive on the community side of things for the sake of staff sanity. You got a mute after your permaban, appealed it successfully and got muted again anyway after essentially the same promises you are making in this thread now.
Why do you want to be part of a community for a game you are permanently banned from and what do you plan to bring to the community?
Why are you trying to appeal a mute you were told you couldn’t appeal until your game ban is lifted instead of trying to appeal the game ban that is eligible for appeal?
What makes the promise not to make the same mistakes different the eighth time you make it?

Let me dissect this I suppose so:
Firstly; I can’t really be part of the community due to the fact that I’m permanently banned.
Secondly; I merely want to have a reminisce of the discord, look at old messages and pop in once and a while as said previously I don’t really use Discord much at all (despite having Nitro), as for what I can bring? I’m honestly unsure given I’m banned I can’t really provide much, I wouldn’t be trusted whatsoever so I’m unsure of what I could offer.
As previously stated I don’t play SS13 much anymore especially with college ongoing, there’s “Auld Lang Syne” which is a fallout based server which runs only on weekends and despite my desire to play, It’s just difficult getting back into the game. There was a time when I would play to get vouches, but after awhile I just realized what’s the point and I just got bored of playing, burnt out and realized I’m unlikely to ever be unbanned.
Now for the tie-in as to why; on the night I made this appeal (for me) I popped in to the salt-mines as I do every once in awhile to do the silly "tick-tack-toe” or otherwise (there’s a long history of messages in Salt-mines from me specifically with pings from me trying to get a conversation going that I’ll never see just to catch up I suppose).
During that night, I got talking to a few community members “Allison” and “Geatish” and Geatish had convinced me to make this appeal without me really thinking about the sort of questions I would be asked like the one from you, which now I realize this appeal is pretty much null and void given the screenshot you provided.
I made this appeal for the mute because I was convinced at the time to do so, there seemed to be a willingness to look it over and I just said I’ll chance my arm but given the questions you provided and my answers I don’t think this has any hope.
I don’t have an answer for you on that one, it’s the eight time and given the screenshot presented it’s just going to sound like another shitter with more excuses.
Anyways that’s my answers to your questions hopefully they are clear and understandable without having an aneurism reading them

It’s been years and if you understand where I’m coming from with what was said, then I don’t mind it being lifted simply on the grounds of how much time has passed since your last chance. Like I said in discord before getting the ping I screencapped above, the appeal wasn’t really up to me in the first place regardless - it’s @ro5490’s decision to make.
So I’ve been keeping an eye on your interactions on discord and I cant currently see any issues.
I will say though that if your previous behavior resurfaces then I’ll be putting this ban back in place, and you’ll need to show a significant improvement across the board for me to even consider allowing another appeal.
