You fullstripped the guy for arresting you doing a crime, then killed them for using non lethals on you.
As the rules say, "You may defend yourself against others in any way you are capable, but you must avoid escalating the situation if possible. ". Killing with lethals is way over the top, since a sec validly disabling someone would not make them valid to you.

in the interest of getting the full story right here, I had been handed over the spare after running to the bridge by the QM about 30 seconds into the round, I go secure the disk in the caps room, see an assistant tearing down a wall to the caps office, chase them out, run around a corner, get cholral hydrated by snake because he sees me chasing an assistant, then full stripped and left in a small room that he hacked shut naked.
So if I would’ve disabler him, what should have I done then?

The only real thing that I really got was like the room shutting, other then that I did everything ok.

On the older days I was actually playing command and sec on lrp, I was getting cucked 1/4 of the time at the round start, because everyone wanted wanted a spare or a pass to armory, that’s basic stuff, but now it’s forbidden, because people apparently cry in ahelp…

I am actually cringing as you are trying to bound common sense to every rule. This is so cringe. Do you actually know that common sense is meant to be broken when the specific action is done and it’s not listened in the rules so you can refer to common sense for it to be rule breaking. Not binding every rule to rule broken + common sense.
kidnapping the captain of a ship and leaving them naked, then killing him when he tries to non lethally detain you is not a minor crime
